PROFESSIONAL LEARNING

Leadership Development Program

What Is This?

System improvement efforts are far more likely to have significant and sustained impact when there is a cohesive approach to building capacity across different areas of the board and among all levels of leadership. TC²  leadership development opportunities leverage individual and team commitments to critically examine structures and practices that support or inadvertently undermine the important goals of an organization or district.

TC²  leadership development learning helps systems leaders:

  • Develop data literacy skills approaches that enhance school planning processes

  • Lead system goal setting and improvement plans with intentionality and purpose

  • Examine, evaluate and refine education structures and practices using a critical inquiry process

What's the Focus?

TC² leadership learning opportunities can be customized to support your needs and goals, and can include:

  • Co-constructing an overarching critical inquiry question to guide the learning
  • Closely examining existing data and interrogating patterns that reveal where inequity lives in current structures and practices
  • Identifying key leadership moves to drive forward the organization or district’s goals and vision in focused, feasible, intentional and systematic ways
  • Selecting high-leverage strategies that advance multiple priorities simultaneously

Creating structures, processes, and tools to aggregate individual leaders’ observations of progress and support thoughtful and impactful monitoring of the leadership actions

Who Is This For?

  •  Aspiring and experienced school administrators, directors, superintendents, and other system leaders.

What are the Outcomes?
