Facilitated Learning Sessions

Grow your abilities to design and lead learning opportunities that enhance engagement and quality thinking. Available online or in person, TC² facilitated learning sessions offer practical powerful, approaches, tools, and strategies for any grade, subject area, or education initiative. All sessions can be customized for any audience, topic, and timeline.

Leadership Learning and Consulting

Designed to meet the unique needs and goals of education leaders, TC² leadership learning and consulting sessions enhance individual and collective leadership capacity. These sessions focus on using an inquiry stance to effectively plan, implement, and lead initiatives. 

Key features of TC² leadership learning and consulting sessions include:

• Face-to-face or virtual options
• Customized coaching for individuals and small teams
• Cohesive and comprehensive approach to nurturing leadership capacity
• Consulting and support for any critical challenge

District, Provincial, and Organization Leadership Support

Designed to support visioning, direction setting, strategic planning, and monitoring, this leadership support guides directors, superintendents, and CEO's in adopting a data informed approach to decision making. The sessions focus on building system cohesion and alignment toward clearly stated goals. 

This support includes:

• Facilitated virtual or in-person sessions with senior leaders
• On-going learning that builds capacity to think critically about practice  
• Small groups of individual coaching sessions 

Implementation Support

Following a facilitated learning session, our facilitators are available by email to support implementation of the new learning. This pre-paid service gives you access to a TC² facilitator who will provide feedback and guidance when you need it most.

Key features of implementation support sessions include:

• Access to a facilitator by email for "just-in-time" support
• Minimum of five prepaid hours accessed at 15-minute increments
• Unused hours may be transferred to other professional learning services

Keynote Presentations

Designed to engage small or large audiences, our keynote presentations provide rich insights and guidance on a wide range of education topics and issues. Offered by facilitators who have deep knowledge and extensive experience as educators, TC² keynote sessions can motivate and inform educators along their learning journeys.

• Topics, content, and length can be tailored to support participants’ learning goals
• Negotiable rates for smaller groups and special events

International Sessions

TC² has long-standing and extensive experience working with international education partners in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. For fees and additional information, contact Victoria Campoli. 

*All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Fees payable in Canadian currency unless otherwise negotiated. Factors that impact cost may include integrating local context, curriculum review, extended preparation time, group size, and translation of materials/services. Some TC² facilitators are also employed as educators. An additional fee may be required to cover the facilitator’s release time. Travel and accommodation costs: The client is responsible for covering all expenses associated with facilitator travel. These may include mileage at $0.72 per kilometer, hotel accommodations, meals at $100 per day, taxi, parking, car rental, and airfare. Extended travel charge: TC² will apply an additional fee to cover the facilitator’s travel time to and from workshop destinations based on the total travel time: 4 to 6 hours - $200, 6 to 8 hours - $275, more than 8 hours - $350.

Scheduling Professional Learning Sessions and Programs 

When planning and scheduling professional learning sessions, we will  do our best to accommodate  preferred dates/times  During the winter months, to ensure the safety and well-being of facilitators and participants, and to minimize cancellations and re-scheduling, professional learning sessions will be delivered virtually whenever possible.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Our facilitator will make every effort to find a suitable date for re-scheduling the session.

When re-scheduling is not possible, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• When notice of cancellation is received 8 business days prior to a scheduled session, no cancellation fee will apply.
• When notice of cancellation is received fewer than 8 business days prior to a scheduled session, and the session cannot be re-scheduled to a later date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the session will apply. TC² will require reimbursement for all direct expenses (i.e. airfare) that were incurred.
• The session must be rescheduled within one (1) year of the original scheduled date to avoid forfeiture of funds.
