Students compare daily life in ancient Egypt with that in modern Canada. They examine pictures and drawings to form hypotheses and conclusions about an assigned aspect of Egyptian life, and consult with others to determine parallel practices in Canada. Students then decide the most significantly similar and different features of each aspect of life in the two civilizations.
