Dealing with ambiguity

With this T4T tutorial, students recognize and accept that situations are open to multiple interpretations. They develop an understanding of the importance of recognizing ambiguity in a variety of situations and accepting ambiguous or inconclusive answers when a definitive answer is not possible. This tutorial includes instructional suggestions for teachers (introducing terms, identifying attributes of concepts, reinforcing concepts, applying concepts in everyday teaching, and assessing student understanding) and resources for students (introductory activities, data chart, student guide and self-assessment rubric).
